If you seek a real opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute through your skills… This could be your next big step! **We are looking for:** Quality Analyst **Location:** Bogotá **Schedule:** Availability to work Monday through Saturday, rotating shifts—especially night shifts. **Work Mode:** On-site **We Offer** * Corporate benefits * Development opportunities * Job stability **Requirements** ---------------- **Academic Background:** Professional in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Data Analysis, and/or Quality Management. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in data analysis and indicator management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in data visualization tools: + Power BI + Data Studio + Tableau + Experience building dashboards and analyzing KPIs. **Desirable:** * Certification as an internal auditor for ISO standards. **Responsibilities** -------------------- **Position Objective:** Analyze, structure, and optimize operational information by developing control dashboards, monitoring indicators, and standardizing processes—to support decision-making and continuous improvement in operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze operational information and generate reports for decision-making. * Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, or Tableau. * Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions. * Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives. * Conduct routine training related to data usage and processes. * Identify operational optimization opportunities through data analysis. * Ensure the quality and reliability of reported information.
