Job objective: Receive surgical requests and verify resource availability; confirm scheduling requests for orthopedic procedures planned by institutions and/or clients via sales representatives, to ensure delivery commitment, product quality, and service excellence. Academic qualification: Technical or technological degree in logistics or healthcare-related fields. Work experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics within orthopedic facilities, special materials analyst roles, and sterilization centers. Knowledge: Osteosynthesis materials, orthopedics, medical devices, and central sterilization.
