Opportunity to manage and close high-volume sales pipelines The Sales / Business development representative (BDR) / Sales Closer is responsible for generating new business for LiaHia by conducting outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, pipeline management, and closing sales calls with U.S.and Canada ‑based clients. This role requires strong English communication, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline with discipline and accuracy. This is a performance‑driven role with uncapped commissions and a realistic OTE of $2,000\+ per month. **Key Responsibilities** * Outbound Prospecting \& Lead Generation Cold Calling to warm and cold leads daily (50–100\+ calls/day). LinkedIn Outreach using scripts, personalization, and follow‑up sequences. Email Outreach using templates and automated sequences. Build and maintain a steady top‑of‑funnel pipeline. * Sales Calls \& Closing Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and qualify prospects. Deliver value‑based sales presentations explaining LiaHia’s reverse‑recruiting services. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Maintain a minimum closing rate aligned with KPIs. * CRM \& Pipeline Management Update CRM daily with notes, stages, and follow‑ups. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting. Ensure no lead goes cold due to lack of follow‑up. * Follow‑Up \& Nurture Execute multi‑touch follow‑up sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn). Re‑engage old leads and past prospects. Maintain high responsiveness to inbound inquiries. * Reporting \& KPIs Provide weekly reports on: Calls made Conversations Booked calls Show‑up rate Closing rate Revenue generated Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. **Required Experience \& Qualifications** * Experience: 2–4\+ years in Sales, BDR / SDR, Appointment setting, Cold calling, High‑ticket closing (preferred) * Skills * Strong English (C1\+ level) * Confident on the phone; persuasive communicator * Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, Salesforce, etc.) * Experience with LinkedIn outreach and sales automation tools * Strong objection‑handling and negotiation skills * Ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline * Self‑motivated and target‑driven **Tools Experience (Preferred)** HubSpot / Close / GoHighLevel LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo / Instantly / Lemlist Aircall / JustCall / Kixie **Compensation \& Structure** * Base \+ Commission: $2,000\+ USD/month OTE * Uncapped commissions * Performance bonuses for exceeding targets * Freelance / contractor role * Hours vary based on lead flow (not guaranteed) Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Contract, Commission Contract length: 12 months Education: * Associate (Required) Experience: * sales: 2 years (Required) Language: * english (Required) Work Location: Remote
