Demonstrated ability in managing high-cost patients. 4. Skills in comprehensive patient care and humanization of care. 5. High degree of responsibility and punctuality. · Responsibilities: 1. Provide specialized social work services to patients. 2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. 3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. 4. Preparation of clinical histories 5.
