Opportunity for professional development within a stable team. A reputable healthcare service provider is currently seeking a Systems Assistant to join its team on a permanent basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for (providing scheduled preventive and corrective support and maintenance for hardware—including printers, client PCs, servers, UPS units, IP phones, security cameras, and scanners; ensuring data integrity through desktop PC backups; burning CDs containing corporate backup files, resumes, and maintaining the systems archive in order; managing and administering the antivirus console; transferring patient registration codes upon request from staff who incorrectly create patient records; maintaining an updated and organized inventory of all computing equipment at the clinic; managing maintenance of the clinic’s UPS systems; performing connectivity maintenance and improvements—including structured cabling, surveillance cabling, IP telephony, Wi-Fi, and internet; keeping the inventory of systems-managed equipment up to date; managing, creating, activating, and deactivating users across various information systems with approval from the Systems Director; delivering training as needed on clinical applications; administering and managing printer usage, toner refills, maintenance, and operation; organizing spare parts, cabling, components, and other systems department materials; and managing SQL Server databases) and other duties related to the position. Required Profile Technical-level education. Minimum 2 years of experience. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal communication skills for interaction across departments. Ability to work collaboratively, with sound emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset. Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Working Conditions Contract type: Fixed-term, renewable. Work schedule: 44 working hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Salary: $1,996,900 + statutory benefits.
