Required Profile We seek a Systems Technician or Technologist, Technical Support Specialist, Network Technician, Computer Equipment Maintenance Technician, or professional in related fields, with a service-oriented mindset, analytical ability, and problem-solving orientation. Requirements Technical or technological education in systems- or technology-related fields. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Experience providing technical support to users. Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity, and office productivity tools. Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware. Ability to diagnose and resolve technological incidents promptly. Availability to travel between locations. Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Competencies Service orientation.
