A renowned company in the healthcare sector is looking for a Data Analytics Controller passionate about turning information into strategic decisions and delivering real impact on members' experience. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and visualizing key information regarding member experience. Through control dashboards, KPIs, and loyalty campaigns, you will generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. What are we looking for in you? Professional degree in Systems Engineering (with valid professional license). Additional training in data analytics. Proficiency with tools: Power BI, Power Apps, and advanced Excel. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and processing (ideally within the healthcare sector). Knowledge of information management and security applications. Your main challenges will be: Managing and optimizing experience indicator control dashboards. Analyzing trends and building reports based on historical data. Monitoring retention and loyalty campaigns. Designing clear and engaging dashboards for different audiences. Evaluating campaign and channel performance (online and offline). Generating data-driven strategic recommendations to improve customer experience.
