Focus on promoting women's rights PLAN Foundation is an organization committed to inclusion, equality, gender identity, sexual diversity, and anti-racism; therefore, it invites all interested individuals whose occupational profile aligns with the following call to submit their CV to participate in a tender and become part of a respectful, diverse, and discrimination-free work environment: Professionals are required to participate in a project promoting rights, opportunities, autonomy, and a life free from violence for urban and rural women in Medellín. • Professional degree in Anthropology, Political Science, Social Communication, Law, Philosophy, History, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Social Planning and Development, or Education. Postgraduate degree in fields related to education, gender studies, human rights, social development, public policy, social management, or other related areas. Certified training in gender perspective and/or women's rights, or demonstrable experience implementing strategies aimed at closing gender gaps. • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ experience coordinating social projects, and at least one (1) year of experience in social projects specifically targeting women; this requirement may be included within the coordination years or be additional. Training or experience in gender perspective and women's rights will be valued. This experience must be accredited through employment or contractual certifications.
