Job Summary: Leads and executes the end-to-end process of attracting, selecting, hiring, onboarding, and re-onboarding personnel to ensure the incorporation of competent talent aligned with the organizational culture. The Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce invites professionals with a strong background in human resources management to apply for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. JOB PURPOSE: To lead and execute the processes of attracting, selecting, hiring, onboarding, and re-onboarding all personnel, aiming to provide the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce with highly competent employees—ensuring that every new employee possesses the required technical competencies and skills to perform their role with excellence, while aligning with the organization’s culture, values, and purpose. KEY REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources areas, handling selection, recruitment, hiring, disciplinary procedures, onboarding, and administrative processes. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of recruitment, personnel selection, competency-based evaluation, and profile analysis.
