Job Summary:
A Public Accounting professional responsible for managing the accounting, tax, and financial cycles of SMEs, ensuring information reliability and tax compliance.
Key Highlights:

2. Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements.
3. Supports the implementation and improvement of accounting processes.
Position Objective
Ensure accurate management of the accounting, tax, and financial cycles of SMEs, guaranteeing information reliability, compliance with tax obligations, and continuous monitoring of reconciliations and accounting processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete accounting control and recording for SMEs (accruals, accounts payable, disbursements, cash receipts, adjustment notes).
- Manage and file national and local taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, ICA, among others).
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- Ensure timely accounting closure and delivery of reports to management.
- Support the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate correspondence between accounting and banking transactions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Public Accounting (with valid professional license).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and Colombian tax legislation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (CGUNO 8.5 preferred).
- High level of organization, analytical ability, and responsibility.
