




Position Summary: Support general administrative tasks, personnel and supplier documentation management, and maintenance of information systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel onboarding and offboarding documentation management 2. Support in affiliation processes and digitization of overtime hours 3. Coordination with suppliers and updating of information systems Checklist for employee onboarding and offboarding documentation. Documentation for delivery of PPE and employee supplies Support in affiliations with the family compensation fund. Digitization of overtime hours in the company payroll template. Contact suppliers to coordinate the daily quantity of raw materials to be received. Update the company's information system with data collected from raw material receipt and dispatch. Accurately complete documents and forms related to service delivery. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Classify, code, and archive documents (invoices, contracts, resumes) both physically and in the cloud (Google Drive, OneDrive). Draft letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, and employment certificates according to the company's writing standards. Monitor stock levels of supplies (stationery, cafeteria, cleaning) and place orders before items run out. Resolve administrative inquiries from employees (stationery distribution, ID cards, maintenance reports). -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education years of experience Knowledge: Affiliations, Documentation, Microsoft Excel, Customer service Keywords: apprentice, internship, trainee
