You play a key role in ensuring a high-quality experience, whether guests choose relaxation on the water, adventure, or a culinary experience. From your role, you actively contribute to maintaining and strengthening our 5\-star reputation, with quality, safety, and hospitality at its core. Your responsibilities include: * Safely operating and navigating the catamaran and motorboats, adhering to all applicable local and international maritime laws and regulations. * Delivering excellent hospitality and service, always guaranteeing comfort, safety, and guest satisfaction. * Collaborating with the crew to ensure order, cleanliness, and adequate provisioning of the vessels. * Supporting guest activities, including snorkeling, diving, and other water sports. * Actively promoting our charter services to guests and serving as a representative brand ambassador. **WHY IS THIS JOB RIGHT FOR YOU?** Do you draw energy from working on the water and do you function optimally within Bonaire’s maritime dynamics?
