Vacancy: Turbo Driver – Buga A company in the mass-consumption sector is seeking a Turbo Driver to distribute products through self-service and TAT channels, ensuring timely deliveries, proper cargo handling, and excellent customer service. Main Responsibilities: Deliver products along assigned routes. Handle and consign cash according to established procedures. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and road safety standards. Provide appropriate service to both internal and external customers. Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and proper working order. Requirements: High school diploma. Valid Class C2 driver’s license. Experience as a Turbo Driver in mass-consumption companies. Knowledge of TAT and self-service channels. Familiarity with the PESV (Road Safety Strategic Plan). Knowledge of traffic regulations. Familiarity with municipalities in Valle del Cauca and the Coffee Axis region. Basic mechanical knowledge. Experience in cash handling and cash consignment. Working Conditions: City: Buga. Salary: $1.750.905. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months.
