Job Summary: We are seeking a Turbo Driver to distribute products to self-service stores and TAT (Traditional Trade), ensuring timely deliveries, proper handling of goods, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product distribution along assigned routes and compliance with traffic regulations. 2. Providing appropriate service to both internal and external customers. 3. Ensuring the good condition and proper operation of the assigned vehicle. Vacancy: Turbo Driver – Buga A company in the mass consumption sector is looking for a Turbo Driver to distribute products through self-service and TAT channels, guaranteeing timely deliveries, proper handling of goods, and excellent customer service. Main Responsibilities: Deliver products along assigned routes. Handle and deposit cash according to established procedures. Ensure compliance with traffic and road safety regulations. Provide appropriate service to both internal and external customers. Ensure the good condition and proper operation of the assigned vehicle. Requirements: High school diploma. Valid C2 driver’s license. Experience as a turbo driver in mass consumption companies. Knowledge of TAT and self-service channels. Familiarity with PESV (Strategic Road Safety Plan). Knowledge of traffic regulations. Familiarity with municipalities in Valle del Cauca and the Coffee Axis. Basic mechanical knowledge. Experience in cash handling and depositing. Working Conditions: City: Buga. Salary: $1,750,905. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months.
