Description

Job Summary: Coordinate the receiving and dispatch of finished and semi-finished products, manage inventory, and ensure data accuracy in the system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and control of finished products (frozen, IQF, and refrigerated). 2. Efficient vehicle loading and inventory control. 3. Handling dispatch procedures, picking, and order preparation. • Receive finished products, including frozen, IQF, and refrigerated items, ensuring correct weight, quantities, temperature, batch numbers, traceability, and product presentation. • Load vehicles considering total units, weight, human resources, timely vehicle departure, and settlement according to scheduling and pre-established routes. • Perform activities required to control inventory of finished and semi-finished products to ensure accuracy of information recorded in the SAP system. • Carry out online dispatch procedures, picking, order preparation, weight entry, scale confirmation, and loading.
