Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Assistant to support processes related to the reception, preparation, and loading of finished products, inventory control, and compliance with standards. Compliance with quality and industrial safety standards At Pollos Bucanero S.A., we are looking for a Dispatch Assistant to support reception, preparation, and loading of finished products at the plant. Main Responsibilities: • Reception and verification of products (weight, quantities, temperature, and traceability). • Picking, preparation, and vehicle loading according to schedule. • Inventory control and support in system registration. • Assistance in dock entry maneuvers. • Compliance with quality (GMP) and industrial safety standards. • Housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitation tasks in the area. Requirements: • Minimum completed primary education. • Must be over 18 years of age. • Physical work capability (lifting up to 25 kg). • Availability for rotating shifts (day and night). • Availability to work on holidays. • Ability to work in cold environments (down to -18°C).
