We seek an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations of a growing hamburger brand, with a focus on standardization, cost control, process optimization, and expansion support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as preparing the brand for new locations through accurate documentation of recipes, processes, and workflows. We seek a candidate with business vision, leadership skills, and experience in replicable models—more oriented toward control and scalability than traditional creative cooking. Requirements: Education in gastronomy or related fields. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in kitchen roles. Experience in high-volume restaurants, chains, or expanding brands. Solid knowledge of recipe costing, food cost control, and yield management. Proficiency in implementing and managing GMP, hygienic food handling, and sanitary controls. Ability to document processes, standardize recipes, and lead operational teams.
