Location: Must reside in Buga, Valle del Cauca Contract: Indefinite-term Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Salary: COP $2,500,000 including all statutory benefits Main Responsibilities: National-level payroll process reporting. Ensuring compliance with labor obligations, social benefits, and other employee benefits. Supporting Human Resources activities: Culture Well-being Development Human Resources activities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating Human Resources functions. Up-to-date knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and social security regulations. Proficiency in current payroll software and advanced office tools. Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. Benefits: Indefinite-term contract.
