Position: Kitchen Assistant **Location:** Bogotá **Schedule:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, on rotating shifts **Department:** Kitchen and Gastronomic Production **Job Purpose** Assist in food preparation and mise en place, ensuring compliance with recipes, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
