We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and work toward our purpose of nourishing everyone by developing Colombian agriculture. As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and directing maintenance operations at our facilities; your ability to lead a team—combined with assertive communication—will be key to ensuring efficiency and optimal performance of our processes; additionally, your proficiency with office software will enable you to effectively manage and document maintenance reports and records. If you are a professional in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field, have at least two years of experience leading maintenance teams, and possess knowledge of CMMS, industrial electrical systems, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems—and wish to join our organization—this opportunity is for you.
