Job Summary: Support the slaughtering process by performing slaughter, deboning, and meat processing, as well as cleaning, disinfection, and product classification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in slaughter, deboning, and meat processing. 2. Cleaning and disinfection of equipment and areas. 3. Compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. We are RED CARNICA S.A.S. - MINERVA FOODS, a Brazilian multinational company producing meat-based foods. We carry out the entire process of slaughter, dressing, quartering, deboning, and dispatch of cattle. Currently, we are seeking Production Operators. OBJECTIVE: Support the slaughtering process by assisting in slaughter, deboning, and meat processing; cleaning and disinfection of equipment and areas; product classification; and compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. This position requires physical effort, repetitive motions, and flexibility in working hours according to production needs. Preference given to candidates with their own transportation.
