Coordinates with key departments such as maintenance, operations, and warehouse. **Job Posting: Procurement Analyst** **Company:** Concretos y Equipos C\&E S.A.S **Location:** San Cristóbal Vereda La Palma, Medellín **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **Job Objective** To efficiently manage the procurement process of goods and services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost optimization for heavy machinery operations, concrete pouring at mining sites, and equipment rental. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the full procurement process (quotation, analysis, negotiation, and purchase order). * Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Ensure timely supply of spare parts, industrial supplies, and services for heavy machinery. * Monitor purchase orders and deliveries. * Maintain and update the supplier database. * Analyze procurement costs and generate procurement reports. * Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, operations, and warehouse. * Verify compliance with technical specifications for purchased products. **Required Profile** * Education: Technical, technological, or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, mining, or equipment rental companies. * Knowledge of spare parts, industrial supplies, or yellow machinery (desirable). **Key Skills** * Negotiation and decision-making * Organization and follow-up * Attention to detail * Assertive communication * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
