Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with quality parameters throughout the entire production process and sanitary conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. If you are a Technician or Technologist with at least one year of experience, this job opportunity is for you! Your challenge will be to ensure compliance with quality parameters throughout the entire production process — from raw material receipt to finished product dispatch — while promoting operations conducted under sanitary and food safety conditions. To achieve this, you must possess knowledge in: - Physical parameter control at each stage of the process. - Inspecting and monitoring the conditions of transport vehicles to which the product is exposed until dispatch to the customer. - Conducting cleaning inspections and activating corrective protocols. - Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM).
