Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise activities in a lemon processing plant, ensuring fruit quality and efficient personnel operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of operational staff and production processes in the plant 2. Management of quality for received and packed fruit 3. Knowledge of forklift operation and basic machine repair Perform activities related to the operation of a lemon processing plant, report generation, fruit quality inspection, handling of the processing plant, supervision of operational staff, inspection of received fruit quality, and ensuring that packed fruit meets the company's required quality standards. Forklift and stacking operations.
