Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems/Programming Technician or Technologist to provide first- and second-level IT support, maintenance, and technological infrastructure administration in the agro-industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. First- and second-level technical support (hardware, software, connectivity) 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and technological resources 3. Administration and monitoring of technological infrastructure A leading company in the agro-industrial sector requires a Systems/Programming Technician and/or Technologist with at least one (1) year of experience in IT support. - Provide first- and second-level technical support to organizational users, addressing incidents, requests, and inquiries related to hardware, software, connectivity, and corporate tools. - Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment, devices, and technological resources, ensuring their availability and proper functionality. - Install, configure, update, and diagnose operating systems, applications, computing equipment, peripherals, and other technological resources required by the organization. - Support the administration and monitoring of the technological infrastructure, including data networks, connectivity, communication devices, and corporate technology services. - Implement and comply with information security policies, performing protection, updating, monitoring, and incident reporting activities related to information security. - Administer and maintain an updated inventory of technological assets, controlling assignment, relocation, maintenance, replacement, and decommissioning of equipment and licenses. - Manage creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts, as well as configuration of access rights, email accounts, and authorized collaboration tools. - Document and record performed technical activities, maintaining up-to-date procedures, templates, inventories, logs, and reports required by the department. - Participate in the implementation and execution of technology projects, supporting deployment, migration, testing, training, and go-live activities for new solutions. - Propose and execute continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing technology services, strengthening operational continuity, and contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. - Wear permanent or temporary work uniforms / PPE, maintaining a personal appearance consistent with the dress code and internal policies. - Comply with regulations established in the Internal Regulations at AGROCOM SAS facilities. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
