Responsibilities * Prepare bread, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes, quantities, and established standards. * Prepare products requested by operational units and other company departments. * Bake frozen products, ensuring required temperatures and times are met. * Properly organize and arrange finished products for subsequent delivery to cafeterias. * Verify product quality, presentation, and condition prior to delivery. * Comply with food handling, hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. * Maintain the work area and equipment clean, organized, and in appropriate hygienic conditions. * Accurately follow recipes, instructions, and procedures established by the company. * Coordinate effectively with the production team to ensure order fulfillment and adherence to scheduled timelines. * Promptly report any issues related to raw materials, equipment, production, or product quality. Requirements * Proven experience in bakery product preparation. * Knowledge of food handling and good manufacturing practices. * Experience in baking and handling bakery products, preferably including frozen products. * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and established procedures. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Teamwork capability. * Availability to comply with operationally defined working hours.
