This role includes: * Eliciting and documenting complex functional requirements. * End\-to\-end modeling of business processes (Underwriting, Claims). * Preparing BRD/FSD documents. * Analyzing gaps between Salesforce/Vlocity and business requirements. * Configuring OmniStudio components. * Managing the product backlog. * Organizational and execution skills. * Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across departments and technology vendors as required by the project. **Profile** * 2\-4 years of experience in functional consulting. * Experience in digital transformation in the insurance sector. * At least one completed Salesforce/Vlocity implementation. * Experience with Scrum/SAFe methodologies. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of Salesforce Core (Accounts, Cases). * Proficiency in OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors). * BPMN 2\.0 notation and writing User Stories/Gherkin. * Familiarity with tools such as Miro/Figma and basic SQL. * Language skills are a plus. **About Inetum****INETUM** *We are an international, agile digital consultancy.
