Build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities **Clinical Education Specialist** --------------------------------- **About the Role** ------------------ A Clinical Education Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering educational programs to clinical staff to ensure proper implementation and use of our products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the needs of mid-sized regional customers and design training programs aligned with their clinical objectives. **What You Will Do** -------------------- * Serve as the clinical education point of contact, defining blended learning styles and selecting the most appropriate educational offering based on customer needs. * Support the sales team during and after the commercial process by delivering educational programs to clinicians, nurses, and physicians, aligned with account plans and customer agreements. * Design and deliver dynamic presentations, trainings, and educational programs—both in-person and virtual—to small and large groups with varying levels of clinical knowledge. * Educate on the use and benefits of the Essity product portfolio, ensuring correct adoption in clinical practice. * Drive the Essity educational portfolio, generating demand and identifying opportunities for additional and cross-selling to mid-sized regional customers. * Be actively present in the field to build strong relationships, expand professional networks, and identify new business opportunities. * Develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio and its patient outcomes, co-creating solutions with customers and ensuring the right product for each clinical need. * Provide technical support and assistance to mid-sized regional customers, ensuring correct and effective product usage. **Who You Are** --------------- We are seeking a nursing professional with over 5 years of experience, solid expertise in managing chronic wounds, and a background in both clinical and commercial settings.
