An education professional or related field, with experience leading academic and formative processes in educational institutions. Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and supervising the pedagogical development of a school cycle, promoting implementation of the Institutional Educational Project, strengthening teaching practices, and ensuring students’ holistic well-being. Recognized for pedagogical leadership, team management skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
