Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coordinator for a technology modernization program in the manufacturing sector, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing team progress. Tracking of dependencies, schedules, and deliverables ### **What We’re Looking For:** We seek a professional with experience in Scrum and agile coordination to support a technology modernization program in the manufacturing sector. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, track dependencies, schedules, and deliverables, and contribute to program progress visibility through structured communication and reporting. ### **Responsibilities:** * Independently facilitate Scrum ceremonies for three development teams operating on different cadences; * Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for assigned teams; * Maintain up-to-date team progress tracking and consolidate information into common milestones; * Track inter-team dependencies and elements of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); * Identify and promptly escalate risks that may become blockers for teams; * Support the Delivery Manager, Product Owner, and technical leaders in tracking progress, risks, and dependencies; * Support preparation of weekly and monthly reports on progress, risks, required decisions, and changes to the critical path; * Promptly escalate ambiguous or high-impact situations related to schedules and scope; * Maintain sprint-level schedule integrity and track dependencies across different workstreams; * Coordinate the flow and delivery of artifacts and deliverables among teams and technical leaders; * Promote alignment and effective communication among distributed teams and various program areas; ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or in agile coordination roles; * Experience independently facilitating Scrum ceremonies; * Experience working with multiple teams and parallel workstreams; * Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks; * Experience tracking schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; * Experience in project reporting and tracking; * Knowledge of backlog management and planning elements; * Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and technical leaders; * Familiarity with Project Management tools and practices; * Experience communicating and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams; * Advanced English, both written and spoken; ### **Differentiators:** * Experience in highly complex technology transformation programs; * Experience in manufacturing, industrial, technology, or regulated-sector projects; * Knowledge of cloud environments and data platforms; * Experience working with geographically distributed teams; * Knowledge of program governance and change management practices; * Scrum Master or related Agile certification; ### **Soft Skills:** * Effective communication; * Stakeholder management; * Problem solving; * Organization and control; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Decision making; * Pragmatic thinking; * Adaptability; * Relationship building; * Self-management; * Results orientation; * Attention to detail; * Facilitation ability; * Conflict management; *In compliance with our personal data protection policies, we inform you that the information you provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice available on our website under: Privacy Notice for Personal Data Processing \- Candidate.* .buttontext616d4705bd22aece a{ border: 1px solid transparent; } .buttontext616d4705bd22aece a:focus{ border: 1px dashed \#972875 !important; outline: none !important; } As a partner for IT consulting and software development, we specialize in the digital transformation of our clients in finance, insurance, and industry.
