We are looking for an intern who wishes to complete their professional internship by supporting the Project Management department within the UAEN (Energy Solutions) business unit, with direct involvement in process optimization, standardization, and improvement initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience within our Project Management team at UAEN. Each day, you will develop knowledge by performing assigned tasks and actively contribute to supporting ABB’s operations—while simultaneously advancing your academic and professional growth. This role supports the Process Automation business area in the Energy Industry, specifically engineering processes for oil, gas, and energy projects in Colombia. This position follows a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities * Support the analysis, identification, and documentation of internal departmental processes. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ABB’s quality and compliance standards. * Support project monitoring, control, and reporting activities for ongoing projects. * Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities and propose improvements. * Participate in the implementation of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Candidate Profile * Currently enrolled student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to undertake a full-time professional internship through an institutional agreement. * Interest in continuous improvement, data analysis, processes, and project management. * Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative teamwork skills. * Proficiency in office productivity tools; knowledge of process mapping or data analysis is a plus. Duration * Internship duration aligned with the academic period defined by the educational institution.
