We want you to join our team as you are!* **Position Summary** Responsible for achieving sales objectives for assigned territories/customers. Manage investment budget (NPS, volume, share, numerical distribution, and visibility). Create and develop customers following the JBP/ICP model. **A day in the life of...** * Sell, promote, manage, and increase product distribution to achieve sales goals through efficient and effective work. * Guide, support, and train the sales force of assigned customers (Distributors), seeking optimal coverage, frequency, and perfect point-of-sale execution, turning them into an extension of the company's sales force. * Know and apply the Sales Policy Manual, ensuring compliance with good sales practices and acting within a Compliance framework. * Properly and responsibly manage product stock levels at customer locations to ensure correct product replenishment with efficient assortment and guaranteeing brand availability. * Monitor and control invoice and credit note collection processes, ensuring effective cash collection. * Participate in developing business plans for assigned customers, aligned with Marketing and Trade plans, to achieve growth objectives, implement brand and channel plans at point of sale, and ensure return on proposed investments. * Ensure appropriate product portfolio presence according to established brand and channel strategies, guaranteeing efficient assortment and correct planograms. * Implement pricing strategies for brands across sales channels, ensuring adequate profitability for assigned customers. * Support the Area Manager in managing customer Trade activities through: Bad Goods, Mix, TTS, and Distribution Variables management, to achieve proper customer contribution to the company. * Efficiently manage the damaged goods collection process, complying with MVP guidelines and guaranteeing product shelf life at customer locations. * Collect and communicate relevant market information, providing feedback on competitor activities, prices, and strategies to ensure a clear understanding of market dynamics. * Actively participate in meeting cycles: T2T, CDO, JBP, and BR, to build achievable and meaningful action plans with customers. * VISICOM (sales force automation platform): * + Correctly execute the application during daily sales management, ensuring best practices of our field work model and Field Sales Management (FSM) strategy. + Monitor the work plan, tracking objectives and commitments. **What will lead to your success...** University graduate in business-related fields. Minimum two (2) years of experience in commercial areas within fast-moving consumer goods companies. Knowledge of merchandising, distribution channels, and retail. Intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite. *Fixed salary $2,600,000 + average variable pay $1,000,000 plus company-fixed benefits*
