Job Summary: We are seeking Senior Salesforce Architects to define the technical vision, lead the Architecture Review Board, and design scalability and resilience strategies for Salesforce programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define the global technical vision for Salesforce programs. 2. Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB). 3. Design the scalability and resilience strategy. **Job Description** We are looking for Senior Salesforce Architects to join our team. This role includes: * Defining the global technical vision for Salesforce programs. * Leading the Architecture Review Board (ARB). * Making strategic Make-vs-Buy decisions. * Designing the scalability and resilience strategy. * Establishing enterprise-wide data governance. * Developing the 3-year technical roadmap. * Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across departments and technology vendors as required by the project. **Profile** * +7 years of experience with Salesforce (4+ years as an Architect on complex projects). * CTA certification (preferred) or System Architect + Application Architect certifications. * Leadership experience in Salesforce programs across LATAM. * CTA Board domains expertise. * Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman). * Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure). * Einstein AI applied to the insurance sector. * API-first strategy and FinOps. * Language skills will be valued. **About Inetum** **INETUM** *We are an international, agile digital consulting firm.
