Job Description:
**Job Objective:**
Support and develop selection processes aligned with the company's needs, seeking to place the right person in each required position while complying with the Company's established policies.
Support onboarding, training, development evaluation, career planning, and personnel development programs that contribute to human resource talent management within the Company.
**Academic Qualification:**
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
**Experience:**
6 months of experience in similar positions, preferably in pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods companies.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
Coordinate recruitment-related activities, including resume collection, according to the Company's emerging needs.
Conduct preliminary analysis of information contained in resumes, verifying compliance with the established job requirements.
Support the development and implementation of selection programs for required positions, in accordance with the profile defined for each case.
Support preparation of selection process outcome reports and exchange feedback with the requesting department head.
Conduct selection interviews for various positions required by the Company promptly, accurately, and timely.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes of SENA apprentices and interns, as well as those from other higher education institutions.
Monitor the performance of apprentices and interns currently employed by the Company.
Support the design of personnel development evaluation programs, aligned with the Company's requirements.
Support providing feedback to immediate supervisors regarding personnel development evaluation results.
Support the execution of performance evaluation programs, career planning, and personnel development initiatives that contribute to human resource talent management within the Company.
Support the implementation and analysis of personnel performance evaluation processes.
Support the implementation of the competency-based selection model within the Company.
Be responsible for the development and execution of personnel selection processes.
Be responsible for the responsible handling of confidential information accessible to the role.
Be responsible for the proper use and care of the computer, equipment, and resources assigned to the position.
Be responsible for the appropriate handling of confidential information related to employees' labor and/or personal matters.
Draft and publish job advertisements on online platforms, social media, job websites, and other relevant channels.
Identify effective recruitment sources—such as job fairs, universities, recruitment agencies, professional networks, etc.—and conduct recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, administer skill tests, and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for the position.
Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews with potential candidates, and coordinate interviews with line managers.
Extend employment offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of the employment contract.
Coordinate the integration process for new employees, which may include orientation, initial training, and assignment of responsibilities.
Maintain accurate records of all candidates and hiring processes, and generate periodic reports on key recruitment and selection metrics.
Collaborate closely with other departments—including Legal, Payroll, and Training—to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to hiring and employment.
Continuously develop and improve recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Mandatory use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and industrial safety equipment, as required by the position.
Comply with guidelines outlined in standards, policies, and procedures—including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)—as established by the Company.
Comply with environmental management system standards, integrated waste management, rational use of natural resources, and reporting of any aspects that may cause environmental impact during job performance or at Company facilities.
Comply with sanitation, hygiene, occupational safety, and health standards—including proper use of assigned PPE and workwear—to perform duties safely and in accordance with Company-established standards.
Comply with risk management systems policies and guidelines—SAGRILAFT and PTEE—as established by the Company.
Promptly report to the Compliance Officer all unusual, attempted, and/or suspicious transactions identified, in accordance with assigned functions, responsibilities, and required preventive effectiveness.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (in-person mode)
