Graduate or undergraduate degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related fields. 2\. 1–3 years of experience developing ETL for Data Warehouses. 3\. 1–2 years of experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. 4\. Intermediate knowledge of PL/SQL. 5\. Excellent communication skills. * We seek a Senior BI Developer with solid experience in analytics, data modeling, and visual interface development. Candidates must combine advanced technical skills (Power BI, SQL, DAX) with analytical capabilities to transform data into actionable insights and effective visualizations. * The primary focus will be designing, building, and optimizing dashboards and analytical interfaces, ensuring quality, performance, and an excellent user experience. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop interactive dashboards, advanced visualizations, and reports aligned with business KPIs. * Optimize the performance of tabular models and related data architecture. * Design, validate, and document data models and KPIs. * Participate in data integration and transformation processes (ETL/ELT), ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability. * Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and solutions. * Implement best practices for versioning, security, and governance in Power BI. * Continuously improve the user experience in analytical interfaces. * Document processes, metrics, business rules, and reports. Key Technical Skills: * Python (pandas, numpy, scikit\-learn, statsmodels, pyspark) * Advanced SQL * R (optional) Tools and Technologies: * Data Platforms: Azure Databricks, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI (as required). * BI Tools: Power BI, Power BI Embedded, Tableau (if applicable), Tabular Models Analysis Services, multidimensional cubes, SQL Server. * ML Frameworks: scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch (as required by level). * Data Management: Spark, Hadoop, Delta Lake. * Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab. * Orchestration: Airflow, Azure Data Factory. * Containers and Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes (desirable). Statistical and Mathematical Modeling: * Regressions, time series, decision trees, clustering. * Advanced feature engineering. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Competencies:** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Interactive Design, Data Engineering, or related fields. * More than 3 years of experience in BI projects, report development, or analytics (mandatory). * Proven experience in Power BI and SQL (mandatory). * Proficiency in DAX and data modeling (advanced level desirable). * Experience in dimensional and tabular modeling. * Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or similar. * Prior experience in sectors such as manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or real industry is a plus. * Previous experience implementing dashboards meeting high visual standards (ideal). Soft Skills: * Analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Effective communication to explain complex models to non-technical audiences. * Team collaboration, especially with BI, business, and engineering teams. * Ability to transform business requirements into data-driven solutions.
