We are currently looking for a **Senior Python Automation Engineer (RPA)** to operate under a staffing (third-party) model as a strategic partner to our client — a rapidly growing remittance fintech launching its Digital Wallet and expanding into the B2B market. In this role, your primary mission will be to eliminate manual work from the operations team by automating repetitive processes using robust Python scripts and simulating human behavior (RPA) to interact with third-party banking portals. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, capable of working directly from a backlog and maintaining infrastructure stability amid frequent web interface changes. ⚡️ **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Develop and orchestrate Python scripts to automate manual processes (RPA), such as repetitive file downloads and uploads on banking websites. * Host, manage, and execute automations directly on the client’s AWS infrastructure, operating under their internal cybersecurity policies using corporate email. * Provide continuous maintenance, support, and refactoring of scripts to ensure functionality when third-party website interfaces are updated. * Work with 100% autonomy, executing assigned backlog tasks and reporting status directly and asynchronously to the Automation Manager. * Understand operational processes (interventions, user emails, review of failed transactions) and translate them into fully functional, actionable automated workflows. ⚡️ **If You’re Our Rockstar, You Must Have:** * Proven, solid experience developing automations, web scraping, or RPA workflows using Python. * Practical knowledge of script deployment and cloud infrastructure management, specifically on AWS. * A high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and self-management to deliver solutions without constant supervision. * Basic SQL knowledge and strong foundations for understanding data exchange via APIs. * Availability to work 100% remotely, aligned with Chile’s time zone (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs GMT\-4\). * **Bonus:** Prior experience working in fintech startups, remittance companies, or payment gateways.
