We are currently searching for our next SSR HRBP Analyst for Domino's Pizza, who will be responsible for executing and supporting Human Resources processes in operations, acting as a key partner for stores on workplace climate, recruitment, development, and organizational culture. This role focuses on ensuring the proper implementation of people initiatives, strengthening team engagement, and contributing to business efficiency and productivity through close, agile, and results-oriented management. Medellín, Colombia. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for stores, ensuring compliance with required staffing levels. Implement workplace climate, culture, and internal communication initiatives in operations. Design and execute action plans to strengthen leadership across operational teams and managerial staff. Manage disciplinary processes and channel requests to support departments. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, staffing levels, labor force) and propose improvements based on results. Deploy on-site actions that reinforce engagement, teamwork, and adherence to standards. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or similar roles. Experience working in operations, retail, or service industries. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (mandatory). Knowledge of people management KPIs and HR processes. Availability for on-site work and store visits.
