Proposal of efficient technologies and products Permanent, full-time $2\.250\.000 Hybrid work (until completion of probationary period) Willingness to travel **JOB OBJECTIVE** Execute tasks related to the organization’s product procurement process. **GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute procurement processes for monthly requirements of both operations and support departments. * Support the National Procurement Officer. * Manage suppliers and procurement processes. * Conduct supplier selection processes in accordance with the Organization’s Manual guidelines. * Report input purchases to logistics staff to schedule their receipt. * Monitor and notify delivery of inputs jointly with logistics staff. * Manage product warranties where applicable. * Propose the use of new, efficient technologies, products, and services that contribute to program efficiency. * Actively monitor procurement processes to ensure efficient performance across the supply chain. **Requirements** * University student in final semesters, or Technician/Technologist in fields related to this position. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in activities related to product and input procurement, procurement process management, supplier management, warranty management for purchased products, input delivery monitoring, and database updating. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel to HALO Colombia’s regional locations (Antioquia, Meta, Cauca, Norte de Santander). * Experience with procurement software will be considered an asset. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Benefits** Indefinite-term contract.
