Position Summary: We are seeking a CNC Mechanical Operator for a plastics company in Madrid, Cundinamarca, responsible for manufacturing and adjusting precision mechanical parts. Key Points: 1. Experience in operating, controlling, and programming CNC tools. 2. Reading and interpreting drawings for manufacturing mechanical parts. 3. Support in manual processes and mold assembly. A well-established company specializing in plastic manufacturing, located in Madrid, Cundinamarca, requires a CNC MECHANICAL OPERATOR for its team—a technician or technologist in Design and Manufacturing of Mechanical Parts using Numerical Control (CNC) Tools and/or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in operating, controlling, and programming numerical control tools, to perform the following functions: 1) Reading and interpreting drawings for manufacturing mechanical parts, identifying materials, shapes, dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes. 2) Performing approximations of metal and steel parts for injection molds, blow molds, and general machinery. 3) Adjusting high-precision mechanical parts. 4) Rectifying mechanical parts and components required for project development according to specified requirements. 5) Assembling mechanical parts on machining centers and conventional machines. 6) Manufacturing cylindrical, radial concentric and eccentric parts, and all types of threads, within minimum tolerances. 7) Efficiently assembling and aligning mechanical parts using measuring tools and instruments. 8) Operating programming controls by entering programs and cutting parameters for tools, executing NC programs, and verifying correct program startup on the machine—ensuring part completion complies with required tolerances and finishes. 9) Supporting mold plate assembly on machining centers. 10) Assisting in manual processes such as drilling, polishing, sawing, tool sharpening, threading, and mold disassembly.
