Ensuring timely and high-quality project execution **Academic Qualification:** Technical Diploma in Construction with valid registration / equivalent registration. **Experience:** Over 10 years in construction projects and 3 years of experience as a General Foreman. **Profile:** Coordinate activities of direct personnel and contractors, and ensure availability and proper operation of major and minor equipment, in accordance with the site resident’s instructions and client requirements, to guarantee correct project execution on time and to quality standards. **Knowledge:** Construction techniques, interpretation of construction drawings, technical site inspection, basic knowledge of surveying. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate on-site activities according to construction drawings and technical specifications.
