Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and analytical Design Apprentice to support creative strategies, digital campaigns, and B2B/B2C brand positioning. Key Highlights: 1. Support the execution of creative strategies and digital campaigns. 2. Participate in creative processes and idea generation. 3. Strengthen professional experience in digital marketing and branding. In Colombia, ESL is looking for a Design Apprentice who wishes to enhance their professional experience by supporting the execution of creative strategies, digital campaigns, and brand positioning for B2B and B2C markets. The selected candidate will support activities related to branding, promotional campaigns, coordination of creative assets, operational tracking, and organization of digital assets—contributing to strengthening the brand reputation across the company’s various business lines. We seek a proactive, organized, analytical individual with an interest in digital marketing, branding, and visual communication. Academic Background Technical or Technological degree in: Graphic Design Related fields Main Responsibilities Support the execution of digital campaigns and B2B/B2C promotions. Validate visual identity and branding guidelines across different digital channels. Participate in creative processes, idea generation, and review of graphic assets. Track internal requests, approvals, and operational processes within the department. Organize digital folders, brand assets, and campaign documentation. Support coordination of audiovisual production and advertising materials. Generate basic reports and track campaign metrics. Use digital tools and supporting technologies such as ChatGPT to optimize content and processes. Support marketing initiatives for Colombia and Spain, ensuring brand alignment. Essential Requirements Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract. Must have authorization to begin internship activities. Availability for 100% remote work. Must have a computer and stable internet connection.
