Position Summary: FUNCA is seeking an ICT Teacher/Instructor to develop human talent in health, focusing on planning, implementing, and evaluating training processes. Key Highlights: 1. Apply active and practical methodologies Fundación Escuela de Capacitación Colombia – FUNCA, an educational institution dedicated to developing human talent in health, is urgently seeking an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Teacher/Instructor to strengthen its team at our FUNCA BOGOTÁ location MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan, develop, and implement ICT module training processes according to the curriculum. 2. Design and apply training plans, learning guides, and instructional materials oriented toward developing occupational competencies. 3. Apply active and practical methodologies that facilitate meaningful learning and “know-how.” 4. Evaluate student performance based on competency, skill, and attitude criteria. 5. Timely record and report formative assessment results (attendance, grades, and progress). 6. Promote responsible and safe use of digital tools. 7. Maintain classroom order and appropriate group management. Requirements: Minimum education: Technical, Technological, or Professional degree in Systems or Computer Science. Education with emphasis in technology or related fields. Minimum experience: 1 year certified in similar positions (verifiable). Competency-based pedagogy certification. Desirable knowledge: Proficiency in digital tools (Office / Google Workspace, safe internet usage, email, cloud services). Desirable: Educational platforms (Classroom/Meet/Zoom/Moodle) and intermediate Excel skills. Competencies: Attention to detail, organization, leadership. Position Conditions: Service provision contract. Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. Salary: To be agreed upon. Start date: MAY 12 Are you interested in this opportunity?
