This position is located in Bucaramanga within the Established Pharmaceutical Products (EPD) division. Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory. The Pharmacy Representative will be responsible for: * Demonstrating behavior aligned with company culture and Compliance standards. * Excellently executing commercial activities, achieving: * a) Daily visit target: average of 10 visits/day per cycle. * b) Panel coverage: 95% for Tier A and Tier B pharmacies, ensuring visits to all target pharmacies defined for their territory. * c) Frequency: 95% for Tier A and Tier B pharmacies per line/segment plan, ensuring delivery of key messages aligned with the cycle strategy. * d) Timely and accurate CRM registration (100%), with completed daily reports and no delays. * Ensuring flawless point-of-sale (POS) execution through inventory control, prevention of product switching, and mitigation of stockouts across pharmacy chains in assigned territories. * Achieving an average annual Incremental Effectiveness (IE) > 100 across the entire portfolio under responsibility, sustaining a monthly IE of 100 and implementing corrective actions whenever any product line shows IE < 98.
