Requirements: Professional degree in administrative fields, social sciences, industrial engineering, or related disciplines. Completed specialization. Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years coordinating academic projects. Intermediate Excel skills, KPIs, and management indicators. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor area-specific projects. Design and monitor management indicators. Prepare reports and results analysis. Participate in the execution and control of plans and programs. Propose actions for process improvement and optimization.
