Driving innovation and social transformation within the educational community The Neil Armstrong School, a bilingual and sustainable educational institution with a strong track record in holistic student development grounded in the principles and standards of the International Baccalaureate (IB), is seeking a committed Principal dedicated to academic excellence, pedagogical leadership, and human development. Our educational community—guided by ethical values, environmental stewardship, and innovation as foundational pillars for building a better world—seeks a leader with strategic vision and IB experience to assume academic and administrative leadership of the institution, guiding its strategic, pedagogical, and organizational direction, as well as the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and updating of the Institutional Educational Project (IEP), thereby promoting high standards of educational quality, innovation, and social transformation. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields. Master’s degree in Education or related disciplines. English proficiency at C1 level. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in academic leadership roles. Experience in institutions offering International Baccalaureate (IB) programs. Experience in IB authorization, evaluation, and accreditation processes. Additional Knowledge and Training: Design and implementation of Institutional Educational Projects (IEPs). Strategic planning. Quality Management Systems. Curriculum development and academic management. Management of educational projects. Official IB certifications or workshops in leadership, program coordination, and evaluation (desirable). Required Competencies Strategic and pedagogical leadership.
