Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible sealing operator for EPIFLEX EMPAQUES INDUSTRIALES Y FLEXIBLES SAS, responsible for preparing, operating, and verifying sealing machinery. Development of skills in sealing flexible plastic materials *At* ***EPIFLEX EMPAQUES INDUSTRIALES Y FLEXIBLES SAS****, we are seeking a* ***sealing operator****, committed and responsible in their duties* **We are looking for someone capable of:** \- Preparing sealing machinery to begin an order with authorization from the Quality Department \- Verifying the status of power supply mechanisms. \- Verifying the status of the compressed air system (compressor). \- Verifying the status of the cooling system (chiller). \- Verifying the status of jaws and molds. \- Verifying the status of rollers, supports, and substrate feeding mechanisms into the machine. \- Verifying the Daily Sealing Plan as delivered by Production Management. \- Verifying and updating the inventory of machine tools. \- Conducting assembly tests using alignment material. \- Adjusting rollers and assembly direction for feeding. \- Adjusting sealing time in seconds. \- Verifying equipment parameterization using alignment material. \- Initiating trial runs with production material. \- Verifying operating conditions. \- Performing in-process verification sampling. \- Recording sampling of finished products. \- Completing the production order. \- Delivering finished products to Production Management **Requirements:** \- Knowledge of the sealing process for flexible plastic materials, including **Doypack and Flowpack** bags. \- Operation and handling of sealing machines (thermal sealing, high-frequency sealing, or others according to the process). \- Adjustment of temperature, pressure, and speed according to material type and specifications. \- Identification and control of sealing defects (leaks, weak seals, misalignment). \- Verification of seal strength through physical tests (tensile test, leak test, among others). \- Reading and interpreting production orders and sealing parameters. \- Basic knowledge of material properties for proper sealing. \- Application of quality standards in sealing processes. \- Knowledge of industrial safety practices applicable to sealing machine operation **Location:** Puente Aranda **Availability:** Immediate **Shifts:** (6 am to 2 pm / 2 pm to 10 pm / 10 pm to 6 am) Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
