Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering professional or related field with experience in the GAS sector to lead and coordinate teams in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Team coordination and leadership A public utilities company requires a **CIVIL ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL AND/OR RELATED FIELD** for its Construction department, with proven experience in the GAS sector and leadership skills, to coordinate and lead work teams, ensuring project objectives are met. **Required Profile:** * **It is essential to have experience in the GAS sector and/or public utilities companies.** * Leadership ability, personnel management, and decision-making skills. * Effective communication skills (speaking and listening ability). * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, and similar). * Strong interpersonal relationships, both internal and external. * Ability to read, analyze, and self-learn. **Additional Requirements:** * Own vehicle and valid documentation for driving a car or motorcycle: Driver's license, SOAT, Technical-mechanical inspection * Courses required by PEVS (Strategic Road Safety Plan).
