Politécnico PIO, an educational institution, seeks to incorporate a Technical Programs Sales Advisor into its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire commercial process—from prospecting to closing—transforming prospects into enrolled students through differentiated technical and human advisory. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in commercial, marketing, or administrative fields. Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience, preferably in educational services or intangible offerings. Proficiency in consultative selling, digital lead management, and CRM tools. Assertive communication, resilience, goal orientation, and excellent personal presentation. Responsibilities: Prospect and rigorously follow up on databases and digital leads until effective closure. Provide personalized advisory to prospective students, identifying their needs to recommend the ideal program. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and established conversion metrics. Impeccably record all commercial activities in the institutional CRM. Participate in events, educational fairs, and corporate visits to strengthen brand positioning. Working Conditions: City: Cali, Valle del Cauca. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, fulfilling the legal weekly requirement of 44 hours. Modality: In-person. No travel availability required. Contract: Direct employment with the company, renewable based on performance. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + statutory benefits + commission scheme.
