Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Hotel Management, or related fields. English: Conversational level, B2 or higher. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles. · Key Responsibilities: Manage reservations and confirm customer requests. Provide personalized attention to national and international customers. Coordinate table availability and organization. Support administrative and operational processes of the restaurant. Follow up on special requests and ensure an excellent service experience. Maintain constant communication with the operational team to ensure smooth service flow. · What We Look for in You: Experience in reservation management within restaurants, hospitality, or call centers. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Excellent personal presentation and proactive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
