Join the Armenia Country Club! We are looking for an Event Assistant passionate about organization, customer service, and coordinating memorable experiences. The selected candidate will be responsible for quoting and organizing social events, tracking reservations, payments, and invoicing, and serving as the key liaison between the sports and food & beverage departments, ensuring through checklists that every event detail is executed successfully. We seek a technical or technological graduate in administrative or commercial fields, with at least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks, customer service, and social event coordination. If you are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to meet you!
